This is an environmentally friendly citric acid–based passivation concentrate formulated for effective removal of free iron and contaminants from stainless-steel surfaces. It enhances corrosion resistance by forming a clean passive layer while minimizing attack on brazed joints of copper and silver. The product is non-toxic, nitric-free, and suitable for food,medical, and pharmaceutical industries.

• Dilution: 1 part concentrate with 2 parts water
• Immersion Time: 15-20 minutes typically.
• Temperature 30-40 C. Time, temperature and concentration can be adjusted according to the nature of the product material, machining, and structure etc.
• Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with DI/RO  water.
• Post-Treatment: Use an alkaline neutralizer
